How long does my order take to ship?

With every order comes the responsibility of shipping and returns. We promise that every order is carried out with care and intent, making unnecessary wait times limited to none. Depending on the region of the customer, most returns can be made in the same amount of time the product took to ship. With most written questions being responded to in 1-2 working days.

Do we offer international shipping? 

Being that our primary shipper is USPS, we go as far as they do. However with a customer being further from our state of operation this could mean shipping time could increase as will shipping rates.

What is our return policy? 

We can do full returns depending on the damage of the product. Even though package damage is at a minimum, it can still occur. Due to this fact, if a product is received completely broken we can offer a full return upon contacting us.
